Guardians’ Automatic Opportunity Outline

Remember Those Invitations?

Once you receive our “Welcome” email you will receive an introduction on using both the content of the Vault and our Invitation system. Most of you will explore the many treasures of the Vault within the first few days. As you begin to find some of the benefits that set us apart, not only will you wish to continue using these resources beyond the first week, you will most likely find some exciting things you want to share with others you know.

We’re going to help you do both. Basically, in a nutshell… give out 9 invitations and you get the entire first month of the Guardians’ Vault for free. Don’t worry, you don’t need all 9 at once. Here’s what you do… take the short tutorial on sending out your gift invitations. You may send out as many as you wish… as many times as you wish… for as long as you wish. To keep your own free membership 3 people need to give us a try each week for 3 weeks. If all 9 come in on day 1 of the first week, that’s all you’ll ever need to do to receive your entire month for free.

Our referral system software will automatically keep track of each person that takes you up on your free trial offer and you will be given access to check this system 24/7. As with all Guardians systems you will find training, tutorials and even live help merely one click away to help you master this process. It’s actually a pretty cool feeling knowing you’re giving truly helpful Success shortcuts away.

1) Here’s Why You Send Invitations:

We took great care in providing a system that allows anyone to see what we have to offer without any anxiety or effort and without asking them for money. Using the invitation and gift membership process is the best way we know to find those people truly interested in seeing what you have to offer.

If the Hershey Company were to send a candy bar to every family you know, you can rest assured there would be a lot of families sampling chocolate bars. If any of you know a better way of getting people to see what we have available, let us know. We always love to hear new ideas.

2) Here’s What Happens:

When your friend receives a personal email from you, they’ll usually open it and read it right away. We have designed your email invitation templates in a way to be truthful and yet, intriguing. Many of your friends will visit your personal Guardians website right away. (So make sure you have your personal data filled in before you start sending invitations.) If your invitation is opened at work or during a busy morning, they may visit at a later time. Remember, the order of your trial signups is determined by who activates their free trial first.

Whenever they choose to visit, they will review a copy of the same website introduction that you did. Any time one of your invitations activates a free trial — two things will happen. First, they will automatically be placed on a branch beneath you in a diagram that is similar to a family tree — with you at the top and your “descendants” and their “descendants” graphically represented below you. The second thing that will happen is that you will receive an email alert, at the email address you provided, showing that someone has activated a free trial.

Send Invitations Over and Over

Once you’re comfortable with the idea of sharing your invitations, you’ll begin the process by writing a list of people you know. For some of these people, you’ll think of specific concepts and ideas that the Guardians can help them with right away. Each time you visit the Vault yourself, you’ll begin to notice new concepts and as you do, you’ll be reminded of those people on your list. Make it a habit to constantly update your list of people and include the new ideas you find that may be of interest or of real help to them.

Most of you will send out invitations to the majority of people on your “acquainted” list right away. If you know a great number of people, sending out these invitations quickly is the best way we know to jump start your referral growth. Let me explain by using this example: If you send out 50 invitations during the first few days of week 1, and 10 people activate free trials, here’s what happens. During your week 2 — which is their week 1, as you’re trying to get more referrals, you’ll also have 10 people trying to get at least 3 referrals for themselves at the same time. Week 3 pretty much goes the same way. As you’re adding more people, your people are adding more people and their new people are adding more people too — all at the same time. We will dive into this process in a little more detail in just a few moments, but before we do, let’s cover a few basics.

When keeping track of referrals and free trial members, we use a pictorial process called genealogy. As we stated earlier, it is simply a continually updated picture that not only diagrams all of the people you refer but also all of the people they refer and so forth and so on… forever. For a better explanation, Jon is going to show you where you can find this exciting tool and he is also going to graphically display how the referral process works — not only for you but each person you bring in and he’ll show you the exciting benefit of exponential growth.

Summary of The Referral Invitation Process

First, you will receive a referral invite from a Guardian member.

Then, you will sign up for your own trial membership (for tracking purposes the genealogy software will list you as an enrollee), which includes access to both the Guardians Vault website and the business building, back office tools. The back office is where you’ll find all the referral invitation tools.

At this point, you will be placed in the genealogy of your sponsoring Guardian member.

It is also at this point that your very own graphic representation tool will begin to outline every person that comes in after you, whether invited by you or those above and below you.

Your only requirement is that you must introduce three trial members to retain your trial subscription for week two.

When day seven comes around, you must have three trial sign-ups to retain your access to the Vault content site during week two. If on day seven you do not have three trial sign-ups you’ll be sent an e-mail stating that you must have a total of three trial sign-ups to retain your access to the Vault content site. At this point you need to:

Get a total of three personal sign-ups by day nine to retain your access to the content site.

OR

We will continue the example showing you got three personal trial sign-ups by day 9.

On day 14 you must have six trial sign-ups to retain your access to the content site during week three. If on day 14 you do not have six trial sign-ups you will be sent an e-mail stating that you must have a total of six trial sign-ups to retain your access to the content site and you have the same options as before.

Also on day 14 you will be sent an e-mail explaining that you must have one soft paid subscriber by the 28th day. Soft pay will be explained later.

Once again we’re going to show that you had your six personal trial sign-ups by day 16 so you retain the trial for week three.

When day 21 arrives you must have nine total trial sign-ups to retain access to the content site in week 4. If on day 21 you do not have nine trial sign-ups you will be sent an e-mail stating that you must have a total of nine trial sign-ups to retain your access. At this point you have the same four options as before.

And again we’re going to show that you got your nine personal trial sign-ups by day 23 so you retain your trial.

At this point, you do not need any more trial sign-ups. Nine personal trial sign-ups are all you’ll ever need. Even if all nine were to come in on the very first day, you will have met the requirements for the entire month of free trial.

You Need 1 Customer/Subscriber/Member by Day 28 to remain in the Genealogy

By day 28 you must have one personally enrolled, soft paid subscriber.

Soft pay means that the member has purchased a subscription, but billing, however, is delayed 14 days.

You can be your own soft pay subscriber, but it is not required.

If you do not have one, you will be sent an e-mail alert stating that you must have one personally enrolled soft paid subscriber by the 30th day to remain in the genealogy.

Regardless of any other requirements, if you as a trial member do not have a personally sponsored soft pay subscriber, you are removed from the genealogy and the back office.

Soft Pay: The brightest thing we’ve ever done…

When the subscriber soft pays, this simply means they’re authorizing a monthly auto renewal for their membership payment. Basically, they have placed an order and set up their payment information. After a subscriber soft pays, they are given two weeks of free access to the Vault. During this two-week soft pay period, the subscriber may cancel their authorization at any time. After the expiration of these two weeks, the initial subscription is processed and the auto renewal monthly billing cycle starts. The subscription is always paid in advance of the member’s access to the Vault for the following month. The subscriber may cancel at any time before their auto renewal payment process date.

Soft Pay in Detail

At any point during this process, a personally enrolled paid subscriber or a personally paid subscription will advance you out of the trial process. You would then become a fully fledged marketer/representative.

Hard Pay

By day 42 (end of week 6) you must have one personally enrolled hard pay. (Hard pay means that the billing setup in soft pay has gone through). If a soft pay cancels, you will receive an email alert saying that you must still get a hard pay by day 42. If you do not have a hard pay by day 42, you receive a Last Chance Email that states you must get one by day 44 or you will be dropped from the genealogy.

All who meet the final trial requirements and keep their place in the genealogy also earn free use of the back office for a total of 90 days (including the trial process), after which the back office fee is $30 a month. We charge this fee so that we don’t have to raise the price of the overall subscription. We don’t feel that it is right to pass the business building expenses onto the customers. There are no commissions paid on these fees. As the organization grows, we hope to decrease this fee over time.

Once you have one hard pay subscriber, you are eligible to receive commissions on subscribers shown under you in your genealogy.

Compensation Plan

An individual can be a rep only, a customer only, or both. We only pay commissions on subscriptions whether the purchaser is a representative or not.

To qualify for any commission a rep must have at least one personally sponsored paying subscription (can be to self). This subscription qualifies a rep to receive commissions on the first four levels.

Beyond the 4th level an individual must have one additional personally sponsored paying customer per level (5, 6 and 7) to receive commission for that level. These additional customers cannot also be reps in the downline.

  1. An individual must have two personally sponsored paying customers to get paid on the 5th level.
  2. An individual must have three personally sponsored paying customers to get paid on the 6th level.
  3. An individual must have four personally sponsored paying customers to get paid on the 7th level.
  4. A total of four personally sponsored paying customers makes an individual eligible to be paid on all commissions in the pay plan.
  5. If one of your commission qualifying customers becomes a rep and moves into the downline they must be replaced with a new personally sponsored paying customer within the month following notification.
  6. If one of your commission qualifying customers cancels their subscription they must be replaced with a new personally sponsored paying customer within the month following notification.

Only one personally sponsored subscription can be sold to yourself.

Use the Calculator below to set your goal!

Number of Reps X Customers per Rep X $10 per Customer

Monthly Check =

You have as long as you like to get to 4 customers, but once you do, you must get one new customer each year (using the date you first receive commissions through level 7 as the annual deadline).

If at any time during a month you qualify for a certain commission level, you will receive the highest commission that you qualified for during that pay period (i.e. getting your 3rd customer a week before the end of the monthly pay period means you get paid through level 6).

If you ever fall below qualification (lose customers) you will receive an email alert informing you that you have 28 days to re-qualify. If you don’t re-qualify within this time period, you lose the commissions that customer specifically qualified you for.

Trial customers and representatives are not commission qualifying personally sponsored customers.

If a rep does not qualify for commissions and/or does not have any commissions for a period of 84 days after initially being qualified he/she is removed from the system.

The rep will get an email 10 days prior letting them know that they must re-qualify or they are out on day 84. They will receive a day 84 final option notice.

When a rep leaves the genealogy the system automatically performs compression and rollup.

If the rep desires to become only a subscriber he is removed from the genealogy and is placed in his sponsor’s customer pool.

Email alerts are sent when a rep has a new trial member, new soft pay, or new fully paid subscriber in their down line. These notices can be toggled on or off by the rep. They will initially be turned on.

Representatives receive alerts when they reach a new qualification level or fall below qualifications for their previous level.
