Guardians' Story

The Guardians began as a small Cadre convened in secret in the late 1980s. This elite group was initially designed so that no deep undercover officer or agent would be completely alone. In addition to giving the individuals involved some sense of support and emergency backup, they quickly became a forum for sharing the latest shortcuts in learning information and cutting-edge techniques to manage extreme goals quickly.

It also began to evolve as a "success" or "leg up" group for retiring and/or disabled special operations men and women. It soon came to be numbered with the sharpest minds from intelligence agencies, military and police units. "The Group," as they were later called, came to encompass any "qualified" members. The original qualifying requirement was for the member to have traded off their first career in "service" to others. These men and women were the true "Guardians" of tomorrow.

Soon after, through referrals, they began to join from police, fire and rescue, National Guard, government services and other areas. Much like other so-called "secret societies," you couldn’t just "join up." Without an invitation from a sponsor you were a "no go." We still operate that way today. As you can probably imagine, the first areas we covered in personal development were to ensure the self-reliance and safety of the individual under cover. We use what we refer to as the "Blitz" method of instruction. Using this very streamlined and focused approach we were able to rapidly prepare undercover agents to be up and running and confident in hours and not days.

We originally concentrated on undercover skills, self-defense and physical fitness. We then began a business development group for the early retirees to go into the business that they had always dreamed of, but just hadn’t gotten to yet. Soon after, we concentrated on investment secrets and "in the know" trading ideas. This process continuously evolved into personal wealth, real estate and other areas. We began to seek additional experts as the group’s needs continued to grow.

Even today, we continuously search for and refine only the best and only concentrate on the bullet points-the shortcuts, if you will. All of our educators are masters at what they do. Some you’ve heard of, some you have not, but each of these men and women are the group’s view of the best. Most important, are the methods we use to ensure that you receive this information in the very best way to gurantee results. Even if the Master’s course is originally accepted by the board, the instructor’s fate is chosen by the members’ rankings. There are no favors and no special treatment. Our experts rise on their ability to provide value for the group or they are simply cast aside.

The group sure has grown from the one-room meetings to where we are today but we remain the same.
