Is this a pyramid scheme?
No. Pyramid schemes are based solely on the transfer of money up the pyramid, leaving the people on the bottom with nothing. When is a customer required to pay money?
When a customer places a subscription order, he or she receives 2 more weeks of free access to the Vault, which we call soft pay. After the soft pay period, the customer’s payment will be processed, and we will withdraw the payment. This begins the auto-renewal billing cycle. Every month the payment will be processed on this same date. (That means that if hard pay is finalized on April 5, the next payment will be May 5, then June 5.)

How much is a subscription membership?

Do you take credit cards?
No. Because of the fees charged to us by the credit card companies to use their cards, we chose My eCheck, a more cost effective method of paying for your subscription. We did not want to have to pass those charges onto our customers. Switching to My eCheck saves us enough in fees to allow us to pay our Reps an entire extra level of commission.
Auto-Renewal
This is what we call our computerized billing and payment system. It means that every month you will be billed, and the computer keeps track of the dates and amounts automatically. Don’t worryâ€"if there’s a problem, there will be real people you can contact to sort things out.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes. Simply cancel your auto renewal any time before your Hard Payment monthly recurring date. View this process as you would a newspaper subscription. We are certain you wouldn’t place an order for a month’s worth of newspapers and then, after you’ve read all of them, expect to return them for your money back at the end of the month. Do I have to join the Downline to be a member of the Guardians?
No. Those who are customers only are members too. Technically, though, they’re sponsored by someone who happens to be in a Downline.
How do I take courses? How long does it take? What do I learn?
You browse our sections and categories, and when you see something interesting, you click on it. If you’re looking for something specific, you can use the search bar. Courses vary in size, and you are encouraged to learn at whatever pace you like. You’ll be learning skills that will help you with all aspects of your life, including your business, your love life, your physical health and your personal defense and reliance on yourself.

Is it true that you have coaches available in the forums?
Yes. Our coaches are trained to answer any questions that you might have in their topic. They appear on a weekly schedule and browse their sections for new questions daily.
Do you really have live help available by chat?

Are the experts available for individual questions?

What is the Business Alliance?
The Business Alliance is a directory of businesses that have joined the Guardians. Basically, it’s a database that is searchable by business name, industry, and location. The Alliance is an excellent tool for both businesses and customers. Because both parties are Guardians members, they will expect certain standards that they wouldn’t find with other businesses or customers. The customers will expect the business to give them a fair price and treat them better than another business would. In return, the business will have access to a loyal client base. Both parties have a mutual agreement to offer the best value and service possible. In fact, if anyone, whether customer or business, violates this honor code, they will be removed and banned from the Guardians.
Can a business entity have a membership?
Yes, but it must follow the same guidelines individuals do.
Does your success education cover opening other kinds of businesses?
Yes. We actually provide how-to manuals on many kinds of businesses, and we add more all the time. In addition, we have marketing and finance courses to help improve every business.
Is your Vault just a gimmick to sell me more products?
No. You will not be paying a subscription to a site full of advertisements. You’ll be paying for access to a library of courses and success systems. If you want more personalized instruction, each expert’s individual business contact information is available, and many offer tutoring for those who want individualized mentoring.
What exactly is True News?

We provide contact information for all of our experts, so if you want personal mentoring, you can sign up with them directly. However, this is a separate service provided by the expert in question and not by the Guardians, and may be charged separately.
How often does the website update the Vault’s library?
Constantly. We are always adding new content to our site. Speakers and mentors continually add new courses, videos, and webinars, all to help you.
Is there a limit to how often I can view video and other content as a member?
No. You can review anything within the Vault as many times as you want, and you can learn as much information as you want. Access is unlimited.
What is Compression?
Compression is what happens when a rep leaves the Guardians, or simply decides to be a customer only. The empty space is filled by the person directly below them who signed up first. Then that empty space is filled by someone below them, and so on until the bottom of the line is reached. This increases payouts to Representatives by leaving no “holes” in the commission structure.
What is a Downline?
A Downline is simply the members, Representatives, and their customers (monthly subscribers) that are “under” you in your organization.
What is an Enrollee?
Enrollees are trial members.
What is a Genealogy?
This refers to all of your Downline collectivelyâ€"in other words, all the people you referred, plus all the people they referred, and so on down 7 levels. We call it a Genealogy because the diagram resembles a family tree.
What is a Personally Sponsored Customer?
A personally sponsored customer is any customer who is your customer directly, usually a customer who you personally referred to the Guardians. However, if you are both a Representative and a customer, then you are automatically your own personally sponsored customer, not another Representative’s.
What is a Qualifying Customer?
A hard-pay customer who you are sponsoring. Normally, this customer will be someone you personally referred to the Guardians. However, a Representative below you, who is also a customer, may not be your qualifying customer. This is because once a Rep is a customer, they self-qualify. (If you are a customer as well as a Representative, then you are your own qualifying customer, and therefore cannot be someone else’s.)
What is Residual Income?
It’s the term we use to refer to money you don’t really have to work for that continues to come in month after month. You probably had to work for it initially, but once you’ve done the start-up work, it keeps making you money with little or no input on your part. Annual stock dividends, rent from rental homes, and the Guardians Business Opportunity all fall into this category. Work Once… Get Paid Forever!
What is a Sponsoring Guardian Member?
It’s the member who initially referred you to the site.
How many trial members are required?
To extend your free trial for an entire month, you have to refer 9 people who sign up for the free trial. That’s 3 per week for the first three weeks.
How do I get paid?
You will be paid on the 10th of the month by direct deposit to the account you designate. Example: For all commissions earned in May, you will be paid on June 10th.
What is “build virally online”?
In terms of the Internet, “viral” means extremely popular and fast-spreading (like a viral illness). Usually how viral something happens to be is measured by how many people learn about it, and how quickly. So when you build something virally, all it means is that you’re using its rapidly increasing popularity as a marketing tool. In fact, viral marketing is the Internet’s version of word-of-mouth references. Here at Guardians, we combine both processes for explosive exponential growth.
Does the company get its own customers without going through the Reps?
No. The company does not directly market or compete with the Representatives.
Why do you ask me to get customers?
We only pay commissions on customer subscriptions, so the only way any Representative can be paid is when Reps have customers. Using referrals is merely a marketing tool. While we are ecstatic when Reps want to be customers too, not everyone who wants to be a customer will want to be a Rep, and not everyone who wants to be a Rep will want to be a customer. Our real goal is to sell subscriptions to our amazing site, not just build a downline of Reps. Plus, having customers increases everybody’s cash flow, since you and the seven people above you each receive $10 for one of your customers. We never pay anyone for bringing in Representatives. We only pay commissions on customer subscriptions.
After looking at your compensation plan, it appears that I always stay at the same level, and only with the same three people I brought in at the beginning, is that true?
Yes. With the Guardians you only have one organization to take care of. However, your ranking level depends on other objectives met while taking care of this very same initial “Family" that you originally started with.
Why do you require each Representative to get at least one new customer a year?
One of our goals for you is for you to be able to increase your earnings from year to year without having to start a new downline. By requiring at least one new customer each year from each Rep, we feel this is the simplest and easiest way to obtain this goal. With each of your Reps obtaining one new customer it ensures your compensation continues to grow each year.
I am afraid people will think I’m stupid and this won’t work for me. What do I do?
It worked on you, didn’t it? We’re just kidding. Honestly, all you have to do is get them to take a look. We do all the actual presentation for you. Remember, this isn’t just about helping youâ€"you’re referring people because you want them to benefit from the Guardians, whether from our Business Opportunity or from the courses in the Vault.
Can I really do this without talking to people or asking friends to buy stuff?
Sure. If you’d rather avoid direct contact, you can use our Back Office Tools to send them an email inviting them to take a look. Since we only have one product, you don’t have to memorize a sales pitchâ€"we do all of that for you during the presentation from your replicating website.
Aren’t you afraid if I see everything in your Vault and use all of your cool stuff that I’ll keep it all for free and won’t need you guys anymore and not have to pay?
Yes, that is a concern of ours. But we update and upgrade our content so often that keeping all of our solutions and not paying the subscription would soon leave you with out-of-date coursesâ€"or at the very least, we’ll always have better stuff than what you hijacked, because we’ll always be improving. So in the end, if you take the good stuff and run, then you’ll be missing out on the newer cooler stuff. You’ll also miss the live events, support, and instant investment directives.

One of our goals is to make people realize that they can’t fail. In fact, we teach them how to not even believe failure is possible. We don’t consider constantly making corrections to adjust your course as failure. So if you couldn’t possibly fail, what would you do? Whatever it is, we want to help you make that happen.
Can I share my account?
No. A Guardians membership provides unlimited access per one individual, household, or business. Our systems monitor account abuse by tracking simultaneous multi-user login attempts and obvious overuse at multiple locations during any given day. For abuse, your access can be blocked and your membership cancelled. You wouldn’t go to a buffet with 3 people and only pay for 1, would you?
Do you receive money, affiliate fees, or advertising money?
If any fees come in through affiliate type programs, these fees will be used towards events and seminars and will be detailed in our annual reports.

Are you available worldwide?
